Grand Hills Resort and Country Club is continuing to enter into various negotiations for the proposed site in addition to working with various governmental and environmental groups. Grand Hills Resort is confident that the project will go forward as there are mutually beneficial rewards for everyone involved.
To bolster the foundation of the project, Grand Hills Resort and Country Club continues to solidify its relationship with several Native Tribal Governments from the area. Grand Hills Resort and Country Club has retained an impressive Board of Advisors to work with all the tribes in Arizona in building a Native American Cultural Center.
Grand Hills Resort and Country Club is building strength in numbers. Grand Resorts $nvestment$, LLC is currently seeking venture partners. We feel confident that it will obtain positive support from over 360,000 Native Americans from the local tribal nations due to the tribal cultural development within the property itself.
Grand Hills Resort and Country Club intends to create an aggressive public relations campaign in the cities of Williams and Flagstaff in order to achieve a positive economic impact of the resort. The program will showcase the benefits to the general public as well as the extensive preservation and conservation measures that are being developed for the surrounding forests lands. Grand Hills intends to establish training centers, sponsor school programs and community support programs for small business that also will encourage support for the project. Grand Hills will focus on local business owners so that the local economy can grow through the creation of new jobs and the widening tax base as a result of this resort.
